A: Please see the Menu & Prices tab above. Custom orders, such as weddings, please contact me for pricing.
Q: How much notice do I need to give for ordering cookies?

Q: Can I place an order if I do not know my theme yet?
A: Yes! You can have your date held on my calendar if you do not know your theme for a $20 nonrefundable deposit. The $20 will then be applied to whatever type of order you choose.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: I am able to refund and cancel your order up to 14 business days prior to your event. No refunds will be given for goods that have already been made.

A: Yes I can!

A: Yes! All residents of Rancho Cucamonga-free delivery. There is a fee for residents outside of Rancho Cucamonga. The fee includes set up for your event as well. Price depends on location of your event.
Q: When is payment due?
A: I require a 50% deposit to reserve your date and order. The balance may be paid prior to your event or even the day of.
Q: Can I freeze your cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and mini pies?
A: Yes! All baked goods freeze very well! Often times people will freeze items if there are leftovers or I am unavailable for the exact date they'd like. To freeze cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability). Rather than stacking them on top of one another, try stacking them on their sides. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them. DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
Mini pies should each be wrapped tightly and placed in a container before freezing.
Cupcakes/Cakes-wrap as best as you can to prevent any air exposure, then place in a container before putting this in the freezer.
